Ohhhh, she is SO CUTE!!!

Soooooo glad you learned how to upload photos. This made my day, just staring at her beautiful fluffiness and her cute, cute face going, "Hi puppy, cute puppy."

I just went to your space on the net. I read the poem there. That sounds like it should be a song. I do not know much about music but I could hear that as a tune. I loved the content. So beautiful, so honest, so broken. I try to live by a conviction, I hold to it for dear life, and that is, we have the power to take someones dignity and we have the power to give someone back the dignity that other people have stolen from them. That is an awesome, awesome power. That is what your poem made me think of. There is nothing more beautiful in Heaven or Earth than the humble, servant heart of God and there is nothing more beautiful on Earth than those who reflect it. Oh, that with reverent fear we hold it softly in our hands. My, my I am still sinking my teeth into the sweet taste of that poem.

poet, thank you for surfing over to myspace. I put a sweet piece of Jewel over there for you to savor. Enjoy! I love what you say here about having the power to give someone back the dignity that other people have stolen from them. I needed to hear that more than you could know. Feels like I heard from Heaven through your words.

PS: I have to keep coming back here just to breathe in Gracie's beautiful fluffiness and cuteness. I could eat her up! I wish I could snuggle her! :)

Thanks for the song. I thought that was a poem that you wrote or something. I feel special I had my own little song there. So much in those words, I am only jealous that I did not write it.
Chow.............

Di,

I know I left a comment here about your chow at least ONCE before, but I don't guess it took.

Anyway, my roommate has a Chow named Meeko and he has an American Eskimo and a puppy by those two.

They don't live with us anymore (not allowed), but stay with my roommate's parents.

Gracie is mad cute.

christianne, I've been reluctant to devulge the nutty irony about gracie is she looks so cuddly you can't help yourself but keep trying. On a good day she'll put up with my human attempts at affection but usually it feels like the force of two giant magnets as she struggles for her freedom. Her love language is "wanna go for a walk" we actually have to keep it on the down low and use the W word till it's gentle leader time.

poet, I love every word and beat of that song too. I'd have sworn Jewel wrote it especially for me, my mini me niece and now we know there's another sensitive swc in our midst.

nathan, mad cute alright and yes chows do have a reputation. i had to pay extra homeowners risk insurance for what they labeled an "undesirable pet" the nerve.

awww, poor gracie, being termed an undesirable pet. well, she's no undesirable pet to YOU!

loved hearing about her personality. too bad dogs don't have a sense of what cuteness is so that they understand why we just want to enfold them close to ourselves so much! :)

and that goes ditto for cats. my two kitties just don't get that my smothering hugs are because my heart is so full of love for them!
